ce ne sont que vos propos, pour la qualité il s'agit d'ailleurs d'une pièce d'origine MTS dont nous ne déplorons aucun problème de qualité.
Par contre, nous avons remarqué que dans la majorité des cas le réparateur omettait la vérification de l'état du chauffe-eau lors du changement du thermostat. [ Problème accumulation de calcaire ]
C'est pour cela que nous vous avons envoyé un message (que je mets en copie ci-dessous), nous attendons donc votre retour avec les informations demandées avant d'ouvrir un dossier de prise en charge garantie.

Le bouton de réarmement se situe à l'envers du thermostat et vous pouvez voir le bouton rouge de réarmement au centre d'un cercle. Reprenez les mesures après réarmement et indiquez-nous si le courant passe ou pas afin que l'on détermine la marche à suivre.

J’ai un (Regen 300 stab 560 STEA met ) qui ne fait plus d’eau chaude.
Je pense que le thermostat 69101402 (f.70 / s.90) est hs il était bouillant avec une odeur de plastique brulé
Pouvez-vous me confirmer que le thermostat 6910401 est bien compatible avec mon ballon.

Nous avons un chauffe eau Fagor vertical sur pieds de 300 L. Le thermostat (qui n'est pas d'origine) ne fonctionne plus. C'est un Ariston TAS-TS. Une étiquette adhésive mentionne aussi 691015 et F.67/S.70. Votre Thermostat 691014 est-il compatible?
D'autre part, accéder à la résistance éxige t'il de vidanger le chauffe eau?

Bonjour,
lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton de sécurité vous devez entendre distinctement 1 clique.
Sinon vous devez effectuer un contrôle de la tension à la sorti du thermostat avec un voltmètre .
Vous pouvez aussi faire un contrôle par élimination, si vous shunter le thermostat (effet de brancher en direct la résistance) si le chauffe eau ce remet en chauffe le thermostat sera hs.
Ne pas oublier de débrancher le shunt après validation du diagnostique (sinon risque de surchauffe du chauffe eau).

Mon chauffe eau de marque REGENT Modèle REG 300STAB 560 STEA MT est capricieux en effet une fois par semaine environ l'eau ne chauffe pas je me rend compte le matin bien sur
La résistance de mon chauffe eau n'est pas plongée dedans il me semble donc qu'il ne s'agit pas dun problème de calcaire qu'en pensé vous
Jai repéré se thermostat de 45 cm comme le mien.
Vendez vous aussi les fils connecteur?

Bonjour, j'ai un chauffe eau Lemercier de 300 litres il y une semaine l'eau était monté à plus de 110° J'avais à la maison une anode que j'ai remplacée et nettoyer la cuve j'ai tous remonté j'ai chauffé la sonde pour voir si elle fonctionnait il y avait un déclic donc j'ai remontée et quelques jours après j'ai remis en route mon chauffe eau et l'eau remonte à plus de 100°
Je voudrais savoir si cela vient de la sonde Réf. 69101401; Si elle est disponible chez vous et son prix

oui ce thermostat est compatible 69101401 et effectivement si votre chauffe-eau est vidé de tout calcaire accumulé, il est alors fort probable que le thermostat est en cause.

Je suis en possession d’avoir do chaude de marque chaffoteaux de 300L
Et je rencontre un problème d’eau chaude le thermostat se met en sécurité et du coup l’eau ne chauffe plus cela m’arrive à ce que l’eau soit chaude durant une semaine ou parfois juste un cycle d’eau chaude et ensuite il se coupe
Donc pour cela je coupe le courant je dévisse la vis du ballon je sors la sonde et je fais un reset

Mon cumulus chauffe le soir et en journée entre 12h30 et 14h30.
A 12h30 il s'est bien enclenché par contre en écoutant près du cumulus on entendait pas la résistance chauffer puis au bout d'une heure à peu près elle s'est remis à crepiter.
Je pense changer le thermostat.
Pouvez vous me donner votre avis.
Mon chauffe eau de la marque MTS a 14ans c'est un 300l et mon eau est assez dure.je ne l'ai jamais détartré.

hier soir je me suis aperçu que les fils électriques reliés au thermostat avaient tellement chauffés que les gaines des 3
fils étaient tous en partie brûlés .... quelle est la raison selon vous ? faut il que je change mon thermostat ? ou y'a t-il un problème de connexion qui provoque cette surchauffe ?
je tiens à vous préciser que depuis j'ai couper le courant au risque de provoquer un incendie.
mon ballon est d'une contenance de 300 l de la marque Blyss acheté en 2014

Bonjour,
je confirme que ce thermostat est compatible avec votre chauffe eau Blyss, vous devrez remplacer les fils défectueux par la surchauffe sinon cela recommencera.
le problème de surchauffe sur la connectique du thermostat est récurent pour ce type de chauffe eau, l'installation d'un relais de puissance pourra délester le thermostat et éviter ainsi ce genre de problème.

J'ai un chauffe-eau Saunier-Duval de 250l installé depuis 15 ans et branché en mono (phases L1 L2). La semaine dernière, plus d'eau chaude? J'ai démonté la résistance et le thermostat. Ce dernier avait disjoncté. Après l'avoir réenclenché, testé en direct la résistance et nettoyé la cuve (présence de petite poussière noire) avec l'aspirateur, j'ai remonté l'ensemble. Il a refonctionné 2 jours puis rebelote, à nouveau plus d'eau chaude. Redémontage et même constat: "Thermostat disjoncté". Observation: durant le temps de chauffe le capot protecteur était (très) chaud (cela a toujours été..) mais je me dis que les fils qui relient le thermostat à la résistance sont de section 1,5² (vu qu'a l'origine le chauffe-eau était configuré en tri) et qu'il faudrait donc les remplacer par du 2,5². Cependant puisqu'il a fonctionné dans cette configuration pendant 15 ans, je doute que le problème de mise en sécurité du thermostat ne vienne de là. Est-ce le thermostat qui "fatigue" et qu'il faut changer ?
D'autre part je me suis aperçu que la rondelle en bout de la résistance ne tient plus. La lame d'acier qui forme ressort est coupée. De ce fait, la résistance peut venir toucher la cuve d'acier et ainsi faire faux contact et faire disjoncter le thermostat...
J'ai lu les différents commentaires et questions qui vous ont été posées et devant le sérieux de vos réponses, je me permets de vous soumettre mon problème et m'attends à recevoir une réponse de votre part qui m'éclaircira...

effectivement l'échauffement de la connectique peut provoquer la mise en sécurité du thermostat.
-->Il faut changer la connectique changer aussi les fils et mettre en 2.5 si possible même si d'origine ce n’est pas le cas, pour une meilleur connexion des cosses (liaison cosses fils) vous pouvez aussi réaliser une soudure à l’étain.
-->Il faut aussi réaliser un nettoyage à l’intérieur du chauffe eau. (le calcaire accumulé autour de la résistance met le thermostat en sécurité)
-->Il faut réaliser la réparation de la résistance. (mais cela n'a rien à voir avec le symptôme de mise en sécurité du thermostat)
Si tout est correct et que le thermostat ce met toujours en sécurité il faudra alors le remplacer.

Avant de changer le thermostat d'un chauffe eau électrique vous devez vérifier la sécurité thermique (si elle existe) du thermostat (bipolar safety), car en effet le thermostat de chauffe-eau peut se mettre en sécurité suite à une surchauffe ce qui laisse supposer une accumulation de calcaire autour de la résistance.
Avant de commander le nouveau thermostat il est aussi important de vérifier la longueur du bulbe lorsque celui-ci est rigide. Un thermostat à canne trop long exemple 450 mm ne pourra pas être placé dans le logement d'un thermostat à canne court 270 mm.
